Delivery within Ukraine is provided exclusively by Nova Poshta; there is no in-store pickup. This has a positive impact on the store's pricing policy.
Your order will be shipped to you cash on delivery no later than the next day after you place your order. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days (or 2-3 days if delivered by courier to your address. Once the order arrives in your city, a Nova Poshta courier will contact you to confirm the delivery time).
When you receive your order at a Nova Poshta branch, you can inspect and try it on to ensure you're completely satisfied with the quality, the size, etc. Only then can you pay for the parcel in cash or by card. If something doesn't fit, simply refuse the parcel; you won't have to pay anything. Let us know in any convenient way, and we'll rectify the situation as quickly as possible, for example, by sending you shoes or clothing in a different size.
Let me quickly explain our online store's operating strategy. It's no secret that the only way to get the sneakers or clothing you want is to order from abroad through so-called "buyers" or international marketplaces like Stoke. But there's a huge catch: delivery takes at least a month, and in 100% of cases, you'll need to make an advance payment. What we offer is that we've done most of the bureaucratic work for you. Thanks to our extensive team of specialists, buyers, and loyalty programs with international marketplaces, we always know where to find the perfect model at the best discount. Then it's delivered to us, and only then is it put on display. In other words, we have the shoes in stock, and delivery takes less than three days. No prepayment required—you pay upon arrival at Nova Poshta. Sound good? Agreed. Yes, many of you have noticed that our selection typically doesn't feature the most current models, but rather older models that are 1-2 years old or older. We agree, that's true. But our prices and delivery terms are also more favorable. Those who want the newest models are left with the choice of either waiting for them to drop in price and become available here, or ordering from abroad, which, of course, incurs a different price tag.
Parcels are sent daily.
- If you place an order before 2:30 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. If you place an order after 2:30 PM, your package will be shipped the next day.
- As a rule, delivery takes 1-2 days from the moment of placing an order (or 2-3 days in case of courier delivery to your address);
- Products are delivered exclusively by Nova Poshta; there is no in-store pickup. This has a positive impact on the store's pricing policy.
- Payment for the goods is made upon receipt (cash on delivery) - in cash/by card at the Nova Poshta branch, or to the Nova Poshta courier;
- Delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates, separate from the item price. Delivery and the item price are paid upon receipt after inspection and trying on the item at a Nova Poshta branch. In some cases, an advance payment of up to 200 UAH may be required to place an order.
- When ordering delivery via Nova Poshta courier, you will be required to make a prepayment of 200 UAH. This deposit will cover the delivery cost if you fail to meet the courier at the agreed-upon location and time. This deposit will be deducted from the purchase price; you will not be charged extra.
- If you prefer, you can pay for your order in advance (prepayment), which will significantly save you on shipping costs. However, by default, all parcels are shipped to customers with cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the order after inspecting and trying on the shoes).
- Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an SMS with your unique parcel tracking number (TTN). This number will allow you to track the location of your item, its arrival date, and delivery cost on the Nova Poshta website.
