Rules for returning and exchanging goods

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules determine the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the airforce.com.ua online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).

1.2. Returns and exchanges of goods are made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

2. Procedure for returning goods

2.1. The user has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels have been preserved.

2.2. To return a product, the User must fill out the return form on the website or contact the Store support service.

2.3. Refunds are made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Store.

3. Product exchange procedure

3.1. The user has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels have been preserved.

3.2. To exchange goods, the User must fill out the exchange form on the website or contact the Store support service.

4. Return of goods of inadequate quality

4.1. If any defects are detected in the product, the User has the right to return or exchange such product during the warranty period.

4.2. To return or exchange goods of inadequate quality, the User must provide a document confirming the purchase and fill out the appropriate form on the website or contact the Store support service.

5. Other conditions

5.1. Returns or exchanges of goods are made at the User's expense, except in cases where the return or exchange occurs due to defects in the goods.
